“ First time eating Yemeni food, and Mandi House was a great place to start! Our server, Azzam, recommended the hrada of shrimp, lamb mandi, and hrada of fahsah, and they were all absolutely delicious and full of flavor. Lots of spices, but not spicy or hot. We also got massoob fatta for dessert, and it was rich and delicious. We had plenty of leftovers to take home with us. The restaurant was busy but not too full. We were seated quickly, even on a Saturday evening, and the food came quickly as well. Highly recommend Mandi House! ”
“ Food was great and presentation was even better. The servers were there kids(?) which was a cute touch but they were attentive. We had the mandi plate which was suited for 3 people but it was just 2 of us, so plenty of food leftover. Leftover tasted great too. Id highly recommend coming here with a guest visiting the area. ”
“ Came here for dinner with my husband for our one year anniversary of the first date we ever had. Food was 10/10 and service was also 10/10. Server was Azzam, he was very respectful and even gave us the same corner booth we were in previously. Food we got the chicken madhbi (grilled chicken on rice) and lamb madhbi (grilled lamb on rice) and side salad fattoush. Everything was amazing. Fresh. Love the sauces. Ended with chai. Would come back again. ”
“ My family and I had such a great experience here. We sat in the traditional floor seating. Shoes off! We started with their house made hummus and freshly baked bread. The bread is baked to perfection. For the main dish, we had half lamb half chicken mandi. It said it served five but easily can serve eight or nine. We had leftovers for the next day. The chicken was so juicy and tender. The lamb is out of this world! The lamb was definitely my favorite. It comes with two sauces. One is a spicy tomato salsa, and the other is like a yogurt cucumber sauce. We also ordered a lamb salad dish, which was cooked differently than the lamb in the main dish but also very delicious. The salad had a nice zesty kick to it. For dessert, we had a slice of fresh sabaya and a pot of tea with mint. Service was great! Everyone was so welcoming and pleasant. Highly recommend. ”
